アーティファクト・フリーの角質水分量測定

皮膚表面(角質)の水分量を、導電率に関係ない誘電率だけを測定。測定される水分量は電解質等による影響がありません。また1測定につき400回のスキャンを行いその結果を平均化するため、より安定した正確な測定結果が得られます。
 
■測定中の肌への圧を確認できるステップバーをLEDに表示
■測定面は直径11mm程度
■ソフトで測定結果、測定圧を表示・記録
■測定データをワイヤレスで専用ソフトに転送、連携して統合測定システムを構築

測定の仕組み

角質水分計のプローブ構造

角質水分量測定の原理

測定は導電性の高いプローブ①を乾燥して導電性の低い皮膚表面②に軽く押しあてます。この表層(角質層)より下には導電性の高い層(真皮)③があり、この関係はちょうど静電容量(キャパシタンス)を測るコンデンサーのような図式が成り立ちます。本器は導電性の低い表層部分(角質層)の水分量に比例するキャパシタンスを測定し、相対値(AU)として計算します。プローブに内蔵されるフォースセンサーにより常に一定圧での測定を可能にしています。(これにより測定される角質層の測定時の厚さを一定にすることが可能です。)

上のグラフは数種類の異なった基礎化粧品、保湿剤を塗布した時の変化を見ています。従来型のキャパシタンス水分計(CM)では一定の傾向が見られ、水分変化が捉えられにくくなっています。一方「MoistureMeter SC Compact」の測定では塗布後の角質内の水分変化を敏感に捉えています。
